Owner Completion Program
Take an active role in building your new home with our Owner Completion Program. By participating, you can potentially reduce the overall cost of your Nationwide home. On a standard plan, CHS Coastal Homes and Sunroomshandles the foundation—up to four courses of block high—sets the home with a crane, secures it to the foundation, raises the roof, and installs shingles to make your home weather-tight. After that, basic finishing touches like painting, carpeting, and landscaping can be completed by you, friends, or family. This hands-on approach creates instant equity from the day you move in. If preferred, we also provide additional services, including land clearing, septic installation, well drilling, landscaping, and interior finishes.
